Beyond Build was created by Zack Coombs with a vision to offer something more meaningful in the building industry, genuine care, design-forward thinking, and quality homes that stand the test of time. Zack’s journey started at just 16, following in the footsteps of his father, who worked in construction. Those early days on-site gave him firsthand experience and a deep respect for the building process.
By the time Zack became a licensed builder, he had already worked across multiple roles, on the tools, managing crews, and understanding the business side of construction. Founding Beyond Build in 2020 was his way of combining this experience into a boutique business model that prioritises client relationships, precision workmanship, and a personal connection to each home built.
From concept to completion, Zack brings passion, integrity, and an eye for detail to every project. Beyond Build is more than just a business it’s the result of years of dedication to doing things the right way.
