Our hands-on approach means each team member plays an essential role, not just on site, but in the entire client experience.
Led by director Zack Coombs, the crew includes long-term apprentice Liam Harrison and administrative support from Monique Coombs. Liam has been learning the trade from Zack for over three years and takes part in all aspects of residential construction, showing impressive dedication and attention to detail. Monique ensures the office runs smoothly and that clients are always informed and supported.

Meet Our Director
Zack Coombs is the founder and driving force behind Beyond Build Pty Ltd. With over 17 years of experience in residential construction, Zack brings a rare blend of trade expertise, project management skill, and creative design insight to his role. His journey began early working alongside his father in the construction industry gave him a practical understanding of the trade well before he completed his formal qualifications.
By the age of 21, Zack had earned his builder’s licence and continued to gain hands-on experience across all aspects of the building process. From new home construction to renovations and extensions, Zack approaches every project with an emphasis on craftsmanship, clear communication, and care for the client’s vision.
What sets Zack apart is his commitment to building strong relationships with clients. He doesn’t just oversee projects he’s on site, leading the process, and ensuring everything is delivered to the highest standard. For Zack, every build is personal, and that’s the Beyond Build promise.
